[DIY] Drawer Divider for Akro-Mils Organizer - 3D Print

Needed more drawer dividers for an Akro-Mils organizer. Quickly whipped up a model, and 3D printed a bunch.

It is 1mm thicker than the flabby original, giving it much better rigidity. 2 versions were made:

  • a 136mm long one that fits perfectly most of my drawers and is 2mm longer than the original divider
  • a 134mm version as 1 of the drawers was smaller than all the others

Fusion360 CAD model, STEP and 3MF files are on Github

Feel free to copy, remix, whatever.

Happy printing to all !

Was printed 'by object' and not 'by layer' to decrease the chance of warping.

For the same reason, the chamber fan was set to 0 and the door closed, despite using PLA filament. Finally the parts slowly cooled down for about 1 hour inside the printer until the inside temp matched ambient.

All came out perfectly flat. Might be overthinking it though, since PLA doesn't warp much, dunno.
